I recently had the pleasure of revisiting Regina Maria Spa Design after 10 years, and I must say the property still maintains its initial charm. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly. I was impressed with the attention to detail, such as being welcomed with a glass of champagne and my breakfast being prepared quickly upon request. The view from the rooms is simply amazing, and the quiet location adds to the overall experience. The breakfast options were varied and each menu item was prepared and served deliciously. Considering the view and the value for money, my stay at Regina Maria Spa Design was definitely worthwhile.

There was good choice of great meals. All the staff was really kind and very good, resolved my issues. The location of the property was stunning and unique, near the main attraction in Balchik-the castle & botanical garden. It was also not far from the Botanical Gardens and Queen Marie's summer residence and the Palace of Balchik...

We were pleasantly surprised by the proximity of Regina Maria Spa Design to the Balchik palace. The spa was a perfect place to unwind, and the English-speaking waiters made our dining experience seamless. We even had a unique and fun surprise with a mirror on the ceiling above our bed. we highly recommend this hotel.

The receptionists were nice.

The breakfast wasn´t good - only very cheap food and drinks. All inclusive is too expensive for the quality of the food. The building is quite old and not so renovated. I didn´t like the atmosphere there, especially in the foyer - dark and small. It was cheap and ok for the price.

The position of the hotel is very good because you cando eveyrting you want on foot.

The furniture in the room are old and the clean also was not very good althouth they clean every day the room.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, stunning sea view, attentive staff, great restaurant.

truly enjoyed my stay, had a quite comfortable experience. the hotel was charming, the room was cheap, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. booked a room with excellent views over the castle. the location was unbeatable and stunning and the free parking was nearby. had lunch/dinner at restaurant doi cocosi, which i found at a short distance from the venue.

The hotel is peaceful and clean, nestled in a lovely building with panoramic view over the sea. The location is exceptionally nice, 1 mile from a botanical garden. It's in the very nice area which is another bonus. The rooms are well decorated, the staff is helpful and especially helpful.

The hotel has clean and well-decorated rooms with a sea view, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. The best part is the exceptional breakfast experience with a wide range of options to satisfy all our tastes buds. The spa services are top-notch, and the massage was truly rejuvenating.

The hotel is situated at a considerable walking distance from the center, and doing it frequently might be tiring. there aren't many lunch or dinner options, and if you go shopping, it is still a long walk back to the hotel.

Great and absolutely charming hotel overlooking the sea, we had a very comfortable experience here. The room was big size and absolutely fantastic, beautiful facilities. We had a private bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location next to the castle and close to the beach was simply perfect. We enjoyed waking up to the stunning sea view and hearing the calming sound of the waves. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we especially loved the Easter lunch and barbecue organized by the hotel. The spa voucher included in our package was a nice bonus, and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing massage. it was an awesome vacation experience.

This hotel is not the best option for families, but it is excellent for everyone else.

The view from my private balcony was breathtaking, and the food at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious.

Sauna not working properly.

We had a wonderful time staying at a hotel that's perfectly located close to the beach and right next to a beautiful castle. The room was amazing, with a stunning sea view from our terrace. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was delicious with many options and great service. The hotel had an indoor and outdoor pool, and the outdoor pool area had a lovely seating area with many beach chairs and umbrellas.

We found some of the hotel staff to be impolite and unhelpful.
